Acrivastine Description:

Acrivastine is a medium-intensity competitive histamine H1-linked antagonist, an antihistamine, a phenolic antihistamine anti-allergy drug , Has the effect of selectively blocking histamine H1 receptor, without significant anticholinergic effects. The ability to penetrate the central nervous system is low, by completely or partially prevent the release of histamine and relieve symptoms caused by it. Not easy through the blood-brain barrier, no sedative effect. 

Oral absorption is good, 1.5 hours of blood peak concentration, most of the prototype drugs by renal excretion, a small part of the liver metabolism, metabolites are still active, discharged from the urine. Acrivastine application:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); fast heartbeat; pounding in the chest.
